The manager David was extremely helpful and hospitable. He made sure the room was warm for our arrival and provided lots of useful advice re transport etc. our room was very comfortable - comfortable beds and a good shower. The room was a good size with nice touches such as an armchair, a towel rack, dressing table and tissues. The guest house is quiet - away from the noise and the bustle of the centre of Edinburgh but only a short bus ride from the city. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety to choose from.

Ühise puhkeruumiga West End Townhouse on hiljuti renoveeritud hommikusöögiga majutusasutus, mis asub ajaloolises hoones Edinburghi kesklinnas EICC lähedal. Carol, the owner of the place was absolutely wonderful to us. Her hospitality and the beautiful place itself made us feel at home. The breakfast was also amazing quality. We are definitely staying here again if we ever return to Edinburgh.

Nice little apart hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The manager Alia was really nice and quickly accomodated any requests. Easy commute to the center, proximity to Aldi and McDonalds. Tea kettle in the room and Netflix. Mountain view out the window. Excellent price. Good noise isolation.

This 200 year old stables have been renovated into a beautiful bed and breakfast. Hosts are amazing. Bed is comfy. Truly enjoyable.

This place was absolutely splendid. The service was above anything else; so personal, inviting and warm. You can tell that they really care about you, and that you have a perfect stay. The rooms are super clean and tidy, and the breakfast is just brilliant. They cook everything themselves, even the bread. The location was very suitable for us, a short walk from Leith and right next to a bus stop as well. I cannot recommend this place enough, it's a perfect place to stay in Edinburgh.

They serve a super delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. It’s a real pleasure staying at their place.
