Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. Absolutely beautiful pool area and view, photos don’t do this place justice. The Greek couple who own and run this accommodation were so friendly and welcoming and offered help with everything.

Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

The breakfast was served by the door and was a wellcooked omelet with ham and tomatoes, bread, butter and honey.

An amazing accommodation with the best view in Santorini. The manager Michael is an excellent host, very welcoming and provided great recommendations, went above and beyond to make our stay special.
