The apartment is very modern, clean, nice, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay in the rooms and bathroom, as well as the fridge in our room. By the way, the snack and drink fridge in the corridor was also an amazing idea! The owners are very friendly and nice; they provided us with very useful information and instructions we needed for our stay, and they were always there to respond quickly to our questions, etc. What's more, it was so nice to receive their little welcome gift: Icelandic chocolate! We also loved this little charming city very much. We hope to come back again one day. Highly recommended! P.S. the location is amazing!

This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. Guesthouse Bitra B&B was absolutely amazing! I have no complaints—everything was perfect: a great location, delicious breakfast, and a friendly host.

Plenty of cozy corners and shared kitchen space, beds were comfortable and room and bathroom was immaculately clean. Plenty of outdoor space to run around in and overall a great experience.

It's a fabulous location. The whole place is remarkable - the pool (less known than the big tourist-oriented pools of the west, but cozy and beautiful), its surroundings (decent hiking trails without a single person in view), the room itself, and - last but not least - the staff, very helpful and proficient. The rooms are extremely clean (and I mean it, I saw clinics dirtier than that), the kitchen is well equipped, and the appliances are in good shape. Moreover, the location is very quiet by night.

Hestakráin Guesthouse features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 43 km of Geysir and 48 km of Ljosifoss. The property has mountain and garden views. We had a great stay at Hestakráin guesthouse. We met with the new owners of the place and they were friendly and welcoming. The place is cozy and quiet, with a great bar and nice breakfast.

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise ja terrassiga Fellskotshestar Guesthouse asub Selfossis, 16 km kaugusel Geysirist. Gullfossi juga on umbes 27 km ja Ljosifoss 46 km kaugusel. It was a beautiful stay. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and had a cute dog and let us meet all their horses. The accommodation was clean and spacious, comfy beds. Great large kitchen for making meals and the hot tub is beautiful overlooking the river.
