The location was excellent, next to the stunning St. Maria Maggiore church, close to the Colosseum, and about 7 minutes walk from the Termini station. The room was very clean, tea and coffee facilities included. We could leave our bags at the reception area before the check-in.

The property has a good location; safe, quiet, and close enough to walk to most places. Margherita had been interested in our needs during the stay and supported us all the time with a huge effort. The breakfast is okay, too sweet for our taste. I liked the the quality of the equipment in the room; coffee machine, hair dryer, shower. They prepared a bunch of surprises in the minibar for us, thank you for hospitality. I would stay again if came again.

Ana and Leyla were amazing hosts, very helpful and kind with any issues we have. Very welcoming. Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable, safe. Will 100% be back and recommend. 10/10 overall

Centrally located in town, easy walkable from train station. Owner Christos is very friendly and helpful with good recommendations where to go for coffee or dinner.

I’m very happy with my choice of hotel. Location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain, but there weren’t disturbing outside noises at all. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely with good coffee. Everything about this place just worked, so that we could fully concentrate on amazing city of Rome.
