The bathroom had plenty of counter space. The shower had hot water, which was wonderful considering our last place didn’t. The home is beautiful, with a very large dining table. There’s an outdoor area, too. We didn’t really make use of it, but it was nice. It was a block from the main street and a short walk to laundry. Laura and Sergio were so friendly and accommodating. They told us how to get to a trail we wanted to hike, and where to see the best view of the sunset. They gave us recommendations for restaurants, too. We even had a great game of Dutch Blitz with Sergio (he won…beginner’s luck 😉😆). The breeze coming through the windows was so refreshing. We appreciated the use of the main area and the fridge. There were other guests there but we didn’t really see or hear them. It was very quiet and serene. The grounds are very pretty, and you can’t beat the setting, with mountains all around. It was a great stay! I would definitely stay here again. 100%. Valle de Anton is my favourite place so far.

Great location with direct access to the beach - better than we thought:) a beautiful beach with a couple of restaurants close by.. long walks along the beach, especially nice in the mornings.. Nice breakfast served outside, with ocean view. The owners are very welcoming and helpful,

Casa Grimaldo is a perfect stay in El Valle, the place is very well maintained and the gardens around are gorgeous and very photogenic (even more so when everything is lit up at night). It is a wonderful little romantic getaway. Staff is very forward coming, friendly and serves you well. Accommodation is perfect sized, everything is working as expected and the balcony with hammocks overviewing the garden is breathtaking. My only pet peeve would be the shower head which was spraying water all over the place and in combination with the shower door not very well insulated it made our bathroom into a little pool. :)

Location was excellent, with comfortable beds and all the required amenities in good working order. Perfect for our 3 night stay. It’s a 5 min walk to a good size supermarket, 15 mins to the main ‘downtown’ Avenida with restaurants and the mercado. 3 amazing hikes to the top of the ancient caldera, and the butterfly farm is a must see. We were able to park our car inside their gate, and the home is a 15 min walk to access one of the 3 primary hikes in the area, India Dormida. Jose and his partner, Liz, are wonderful hosts, and made us feel like family. The breakfast is simple and filling, and we could use their fridge and also made a meal or two using the kitchen facilities. Jose and Liz are gracious hosts and Jose is very witty. They made our time there a truly fun and memorable experience. Communication was excellent, in English and Spanish, despite my spouse and I having very limited Spanish language skills. Local knowledge, tips, and recommendations on things to do in the area were great and super appreciated. Finally, Jose joined us on one of our hikes and he made it super fun and interesting with his knowledge of local flora and fauna. A Little paradise at Farallon beach. Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful garden, great breakfast. Direct access to amazing beach. Walking distance to restaurants and local stores. The most appreciated are hosts and staff. Hosts are very caring and wanting to help with every guest's question and need. Will recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Escapada al mar in Panama! The place was exactly what we were looking for on our way back to Panama City —comfortable, clean, and perfectly located near the beach. One of the highlights was the access to a private beach club, complete with a swimming pool as well as sunbeds, and parasols on the beach - it really elevated the whole experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway by the sea!

Excellent value for a large, comfortable space with good amenities. Only 300m from a large shopping mall and the main road through the city. The location itself was quiet overnight, the wifi and air conditioning and shower all worked well.
