Very cozy and comfortable, like home, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, a cozy terrace with a stunning view of the mountains, where you can relax and drink coffee, a washing machine and a dryer, very clean, just a couple of minutes to the bus stop. Special thanks to the owner Gery , he is very responsive and kind, helped me solve one problem with the SIM card. If I am in Lucerne, I will definitely stay here again

Place was very nice and cosy, everything mentioned was provided, and there was a lift to help with the heavy luggages. Check-in was smooth and easy, and room was actually ready ahead of time. Communication before, during and after was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Overall, we loved this accommodation.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern. The location is excellent—within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and special thanks to the concierge Sebastian, who was extremely helpful and friendly even before we arrived, assisting with reservations and local info despite our language barrier. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly despite limited English. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service and a great central location. Highly recommended!
