New ZealandWhen we got there, we came across multiple other Airbnb users that couldn’t access their apartments
When we got into our apartment we found the door was unlocked. There was a previous occupants close in the bed and it had not been cleaned. This was at 5 pm.
We raise this with the Property manager who asked us what we thought of Be for your conversation. We told them we’d be happy to pay half the rate and your date we have not heard back. We have not seen a refund.

Which makes its location perfect for going on trips. The room is soundproof and you can't notice the noise from the outside at all, which is great. The room was big, beautiful and clean. It is just 5 minutes by tram from the airport and about 10 minutes from downtown Zürich. For me this is a perfect location when I have an early morning flight and a lot more affordable than a traditional airport hotel. I stayed here twice and both times the room was spotless. Super affordable rooms. 5-7 min drive from Zurich airport and about 30 mins transit to Zurich Central by train. We loved staying at this very clean and beautiful apartments. All the amenities are close. You can walk to Glattbrugg train station which is right behind apartments. The apartment also has La Lup restaurant in the building on 7th floor and they have very friendly and accommodating staff. You just take the #10 tram to the second stop. When you get off, turn to the right, and the hotel can't be more than 100 feet away. The room was small, however, I knew that would be the case because it is a "budget" hotel. It was more than adequate for a single person for 1 night. The room was very clean and comfortable.
