Very good location, 30 second walk from a small supermarket, 3/4 good restaurants and a bus stop with a 10 minute ride into Rhodes town. Big pool with nice surroundings. Hosts always available in the reception and very helpful, especially with ordering local taxis.

I would say that the hotel has everything you need for a great time with the family. The cleanliness is at a high level, the staff is very friendly, the all-inclusive food is delicious and varied. There is entertainment for the children. A big plus is that the city of Rhodes is close to the hotel, as is the airport. We had a compliment in the room - a bottle of wine and a fruit platter on the day of arrival.

I had to add another night to my Parents-in-law stay. So i will repeat my review from the week before : " I booked a week here for my Greek parents In law who are elderly and a bit demanding. Everything exceeded my expectations!!!! Location : perfect For travellers wanting to be in an area in the middle between the city of Rhodes, the port and the Faliraki/beaches/etc this was THE BEST solution. Beach was just 5 minutes away from the hotel, by a safe street. Beach was clean and populous enough but not crowdy, not even on Sunday. The area has excellent grocery shops, fruit shops, tourist shops and restaurants that arent as expensive as i feared for my in laws. My parents in law were absolutely ecstatic by the staff that were so accommodating and honestly helpful and attentive, the hotel management, the staff at the breakfast buffet and the cleaners. The room was in the newer section of the hotel and very larger than I imagined from the photos. Everything was working fine, from tv to air-condition, and despite the hotel being a Family hotel, my Parents in law complained of NO kids-noise, crowdedness, rowdy quests or car noise. Since i booked this very early, price was a bargain for this quality of stay. The pool area is large with a clean pool and many lounges. My mother in law finished a lot of knitting in peace. Breakfast was up to my in-laws demands for quality and taste and variety. THANK YOU Romantza-Mare ♥♥♥ "

Staff were really friendly. There was many facilities available and great service in general. Head chef Angelos and Filimonas were very accomadating to my partner's food allergies. Food at the hotel tasted great also. I would recommend the half board. Will definitely be back to stay again, highly recommend it!

    It is the nicest hotel in the area by far. It has everything needed for a young family. Location is ideal from old town and airport, and the hotel and grounds are picturesque. The entertainment was absolutely excellent and the food was outstanding for this style of holiday.

    All clean and fresh the whole place smelt amazing all new and modern. Beds were comfortable rooms were amazing swim Up pool we had basically to ourselves. Splash park was good. Always found food we could eat (plain Jane fussy English person) really happy! Also got an amazing cheap deal !

    Fantastic location. Short drive from airport and back to Rhodes Old Town or Faliraki beach and aquapark (cheap!). The resort is close to main road with a few restaurants serving very good food. Elissa is very stylish, modern and very clean place. 15 small pools across the resort makes the experience better as no crowds around none of the pools. Chill out music in the background in main areas. Staff speaks communicative English. Very polite room attendants.
