The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and eager to assist with any request or question.What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the breathtaking view from my room – waking up to that stunning panorama was an experience I'll never forget. If you're visiting Berat, I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the ideal base to explore this beautiful city, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel Klea is like a second home. You think you make a hotel booking but you get a brother in Kseno and a mother, gjyshja who cook for you and serve you with love and affection. Restaurant Klea itself is a reason to stay here because of the lovely homemade breakfast (included in the booking). The rooms are basic but effective and serve the needs of guests. Anything you want, just ask and Kseno and family will do their best to help! We left the hotel smiling and laughing and hugging!

Location You’ll need a car, but once you have one — the access to all interesting sites in the area is quick and easy. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet perfectly positioned for day trips. Facilities Everything we needed was provided: good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a well-equipped bathroom, and more. Staff The staff were warm, attentive, and professional. They helped us with local recommendations and made us feel truly welcome. Value for Money Definitely worth the price. We got great service and a wonderful experience. Breakfast Delicious, fresh, and with personal touches like great coffee and friendly service every morning. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Vila Spahiu offre il WiFi gratuito in tutta la struttura e la vista sulla montagna, nella cornice di Berat. Ada is the nicest person. We felt like we were staying with a friend. She recommended we eat at Friendly Restaurant and it was one of the best meals we’ve had on this trip. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Pictures don’t do it justice. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
