The owner helped us with our luggage from the car park to the property. the rooms are traditional Albanian and tastefully decorated with articles of excellent craftsmanship. The terrace and the dining area are very beautiful. The room had a great view of the river and the part of the town on the opposite side of the river. There are a couple of very good restaurants and bakeries in the area near the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and varied like a feast. The service is very personalized as it's a family-run property with very nice owners. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Berat.

The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and eager to assist with any request or question.What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the breathtaking view from my room – waking up to that stunning panorama was an experience I'll never forget. If you're visiting Berat, I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the ideal base to explore this beautiful city, and I would absolutely stay here again!
