This is my second time staying in this property and it is for a reason. As before everything was exceptional - from the atmosphere, furniture, cleanliness, location to the amazing hosts which there to help and accomodate our needs every step of the way. Located in Brusino Arsizio, 12 km from Mendrisio Station, Villa Patria B&B provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, The location and the apartment was spacious with all the things you need. The attention to the minor details such as games for kids and the baby chair and the kitchen was filled with all the necessary items.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Schwimmbadferien am Luganersee is located in Bissone. At first sight the building looks old. But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰
