The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to the city center and public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A few minutes walk from the train station ( u can use the cable car to get to it). We booked the family room. It was so spacious. I liked the room decoration, which was stylish and very elegant. We loved the floor finishing and the carpet touch. Also, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was fair and provided yummy pastries. 😋

They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰

Owners made sure that all steps from checking in to checking out are clear and precise, and that guests can just enjoy and relax. 🧘 🙂 In addition, Vietnamese takeout across the street was a hit in my family. The apartment feels larger than 120sqm. Its 250m from a playground. There is a Saturday market next to the playground (which our toddler loved). Another playground about 30 minutes stroll around the lake. There are easily a weeks worth of enjoyable day trips. Supermarkets around the corner, which the Swiss seem to love. Kitchen is excellent. Note: We restarted the internet box when we arrived because it was running sluggishly, worked fast after that.
