Very well located with a lot of the main things to see and do close by. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The room we got was small but since you’re out all day, it served it’s purpose. Bed was super comfortable and the shower is small but AMAZING. The breakfast is very complete. Would highly recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay since food in Lugano is particularly expensive compared to the rest of Europe.

This is my second time staying in this property and it is for a reason. As before everything was exceptional - from the atmosphere, furniture, cleanliness, location to the amazing hosts which there to help and accomodate our needs every step of the way. Strongly recommend to everyone!

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

Everything! The central location and view were spectacular. The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. Thank you for everything!

Objekat Tresa Bay House - Lugano Lake, udaljen oko 13 km od znamenitosti Izložbeni centar Lugano, u ponudi ima smeštaj sa balkonom i aparatom za kafu, kao i pogled na vrt. Very nice place. Hosts are young couple, they have great passion and love for their guests, they even offer a welcoming champagne and some spaghetti. Make our stay like home. If you like cooking, you can find almost anything you need like cooking wares, utensils, cups, plates and glasses. Definitely will recommend 👍👍👍
