Well situated in Luzern, Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. The staff was very nice,especially the male staff in evening. The breakfast is very worth and delicious. The food and drink bar was good and we can also heat food and water in the kitchen which we liked the most. The seats are very stylish and relaxing. The room is clean and have privacy. Will stay here again.

Everything is new in the hotel. Classic mountain atmosphere. The staff is so nice - my partner was not feeling well and they showed care above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone who wants a Swiss mountain experience.
