Very friendly and attentive staff, and an excellent location (right by the ferry port and bus stops). This is a slightly quieter part of town, but you're still very close to the action if you want to be. The room was modern and beautifully furnished, and also very clean. We received a hamper with local food upon arrival which was lovely. The property also provided us with an excellent list of local restaurants, many of which we tried and which were all amazing. The bathroom was huge and felt very luxurious, and included lots of special details. The airconditioning worked very well, and I saw that the apartment also had central heating so it would probably be very cosy here in winter as well! As we are young we didn't mind the staircase down to the bathroom and toilet (this was a feature specific to our room, the 1864) - however, this might be something to be aware of if you're older and have a lot of difficulty with steps. For us the staircase added to the charm of the apartment, as it meant that the bathroom was on an entirely different floor. It almost felt like we were staying in a house! I also noticed that reviews for the other rooms were impressed by the soundproofing - our room was a bit noisier because it was right in front of a parking spot for motorbikes, so there was occasional noise when someone would leave or arrive. We didn't find this annoying, but if you're a very light sleeper you may prefer to book one of the other rooms at the property. I would definitely stay here again!

It is located in the city center of Ermupolis right in front of the Town hall, so the location is just perfect! Also it is approximately 10 min of walking from the harbor. There is a taxi station just in front of the hotel so you can easily get wherever you want. The hotel is located in the historical neoclassic building which brings especial charm to it. In the room you can find everything you need including clothes steamer and hair dryer with attachment for curly hair. The room itself is very stylish and perfectly clean. Bed is comfortable Personnel is very friendly and they also helped me with early check-in. Also I enjoyed natural Greek cosmetics Apivita with amazing scents. Just 2-5 min aways from the hotel you can find amazing cafeterias serving breakfasts and nice restaurants for dinner Definitely will book this hotel suites again! Very thankful to Syros Soul Suits team for a great stay!

The hotel was super nice and our room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. My husband got a massage and said it was wonderful! Too bad we only had one night that we could stay there. Highly recommend!
