The room was super clean, cozy, and in a quiet spot that's still close enough to walk anywhere. But what really made it special was how kind and helpful the hosts were. They took the time to understand some specific needs we had, and honestly went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. You don’t always get that kind of attention when traveling, and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay in Venice.

Everything was very clean, and the fragrance throughout the hotel was wonderful. They gave me an upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! 😍The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, modern, and included a bidet. I stayed only one night, but it was a great experience. If I return to beautiful Venice, I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—just a 3–4 minute walk to the water taxi station and about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a restaurant and a small grocery store nearby.

The apartament is right in Peschiera city center, next to the beautiful canal. It is close enough to the train station as well (15min walk). In the apartment there is everything you need for a stay. Apartment is spacious, it also has small kitchen that allowed us to cook a meal.

We felt very welcome there. The room was ready before check in time. Location is perfect. Room was quiet, clean, nice decorated and spacious with very comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit and home made pastry was served in the room . Owner Marco help us to move our luggage to our next accommodation in the town so we do not need to come back for check out . He safed our time and when we came to our next accommodation for check in , our luggage was there. It helped us and we appreciate it a lot. We would like to come back again.

Hotel je u samom centru, soba je mala ali veoma funkcionalna, kupatilo je čisto i uredno, peskire menjaju svali dan...u sobi nas je sačekala voda, u frizideru sokovi u sklopu cene, čajnik sa kafom i čajevima...sve pohvale za pružene informacije o parkingu i self check in-u preko telefona od strane recepcije...u prizemlju hotela se nalazi kafić sa odličnim doručkom.
