Luxury Tents in Jaisalmer

We had booked this property for my loved 25th birthday. The process from booking to checkout was so smooth. Thanks to Mr. James bhai who was being so patient throughout the process of celebration and stay and he taken care of everything. Theirs whole Islam, Aman and Mahendra were so humble and helpful. We had an amazing time over there. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Suján - The Serai is a beautifully secluded oasis near Jaisalmer, offering a unique blend of luxury, nature, and cultural immersion. The property’s serene location, surrounded by picturesque scenery and an abundance of birdlife, is a treat for nature lovers. The spacious and impeccably maintained tents showcase the brand’s commitment to excellence, while the attentive housekeeping, such as neatly folding my crumpled clothes, added a personal touch. The cycling tour was a highlight, offering an unforgettable sunrise, a visit to an ancient temple, and a peaceful birdwatching experience at a lake. The service was warm and meticulous, with special thanks to Mr. Megh, Mr. Siddharth Jyoti, and Mr Rajesh (yoga instructor) for their hospitality. Pre-arrival preparations, WhatsApp chat service, and thoughtful welcomes and goodbyes made the stay seamless. The food quality was excellent, and I appreciated the property’s focus on community development, evident in the boutique and local decor.

The name of the property was changed 3 times after we booked the room. We were given a room in the back end of the camp with no security or CCTV cameras. Someone stole 20000 rupees from my bag locked inside the room in this camp. The behaviour of the staff is pathetic and very unprofessional and they kept on pestering us for going for jeep safari. The room was unclean and there were dead insects and bloodstains on the sheets. From early in the morning the staff kept on pestering us for getting ready and leaving the room even when the check out time was 10 am. Never ever book this property for they are thieves.

Emirates luxury desert camp jaisalmer one of the best camp in jaisalmer. This resort offers a variety z and cultural program, and the tents are spacious, clean,and comfortable. They highlight the welcoming and helpful staff, and the luxurious and well-maintained facilities.desert jeep safari and cemel ride was amazing. Highly recommend this camp.
