Two issues to improve on; once I book online, upon arrival stop trying to review charges, its unprofessional. And fix your showers such thatthey do not spill water allover,and may be you can mark/colour code hot/cold waterknobs .one may be tempted to think there is no hot shower. Also, there was hot showers and the rooms were very clean. The staff and host were very accomodative and I loved the stay there. The supper was great with an option to choose what to take. Each room has access to a TV with various TV stations to watch. It is a very safe and secure place to be in Eldoret. I would highly recommend it.
