Its was exactly what we were looking for: fresh and authentic homemade food, nicely spaced tents and the quiet of the full moon night.
The host take great pride in their culture and are really happy to share it with you.
We indulged in a Dromedar tour and the the part of it came surprisingly at the end, as we witnessed the love with which they attend to their animals

The location of the camp is stunning. Wish we would have stayed here for an extra day. Our room was basic, but comfortable. The kids were really excited, everything around them was a huge playground. The jeep ride from M'hamid took around 1h40'.

We enjoyed our stay at Nomads Heaven Camp very much. Moloud is a very experienced host and guide, very proficient in different languages. Very friendly! Food was good and typical moroccon dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everything was reasonably priced.
It was very quiet, approximately 6 km from Mhamid. You live in tent-like clay buildings. It was rather warm inside during the night. So we did not need warmer clothes inside.
You can walk 200-300 m and you enter an area with smaller dunes with super fine sand. We just sat there and enjoyed a sunset and sunrise there. So it is "desert experience light".
Be aware that the real desert with the big 100m high dunes is 60 km/ 2h away. Moloud could have organized a tour by 4x4 and/or camel. But that would have taken us more time, also one person had health issues.
So ideally you spend 2-3 days. And stay in the "real" desert overnight.

What an extraordinary experience! It was truly magical and exceptionally unique. The team was remarkably friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food and drinks were not only delicious but also served with care. Our tents were equipped with all the essentials, and they were remarkably comfortable and clean - a true feat in the desert.
The camel ride and sundowners in the dunes were unquestionably a highlight for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the other guests as well. The only downside was that one night was far too short. If we have the opportunity to return, we'll definitely opt for a two or three-night stay to savor this remarkable experience even longer

This camp is right amongst the dunes, and was walking distance to the highest dune in Chigaga, where we watched the sunset from. All the camps in Chigaga are lined up along the dunes and as soon as you walk up a small dune behind the camp you can see your neighbours, but when you're in camp you feel like you're miles from anywhere.
We were the only ones staying there which we loved, but they definitely cater to bigger groups, with seating for 20 or 30 people. Had they been fully booked it may have been a bit too busy for us.
Around sunset we went for a walk by ourselves through the dunes and as the sun dropped we spotted many dune tours and sunset camel riders. We certainly weren't alone in the desert, but it was still a lovely experience. We walked back after sunset with the desert dusk lighting our way and our host had come to look for us, but we were not far from camp by that time.
We really enjoyed the stay, and would recommend the camp as being in the middle of the good part of the dunes.

For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.

No fake touristic attraction, this is the proper way of living of Berber nomad people, now welcoming guests. The bivouac It's stunning, the position in the dunes but still close to the village, you can sleap outside the bungalow under the stars, with the best sunrise and sunset and walk straight in the desert! The breakfast and tea is top with local products cooked, the hospitality is the best
Very tranquil place. The accommodation has so many small details one can really feel that this is a special place. Sunset from the dunes as well as the amazing and delicious dinner and breakfast made this stay unforgettable. Mohsin is such a courteous host an even arranged a spontaneous trip to the desert. Couldn't been better. Thank you
Staying at the desert camp was an unforgettable experience, with a unique atmosphere that made us feel like we were in another world. The owner brothers were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was delicious, and the tents were clean with tidy bathrooms. The breathtaking views from the camp left us with memories to last a lifetime.
The location is stunning. Beautiful sunset’s and sunrises. I was alone in the camp so it felt deserted but that was also what I was looking for.
But one night could be enough if yiu just want the experience
Good food , Ali and Mohammed are friendly. Sand boarding is nice
Yes €90 for the 4x4 ride but it’s 2 hours drive. I was alone but if you share its ok I think
Camel tour is not my thing . I stopped after 10 minutes
My daughter and I loved our time here so much that we extended another 2 days. The location was perfect for us being able to walk straight out into the dunes every day with our dog and watch the sunrise and sunset right next to our room. The food was fabulous. We went on a fantastic day trip by 4x4 further out into the desert organised by Chraika. Our hosts are the loveliest people whom we will definitely return to visit again for a longer stay.
Great and remote location of the camp between stunning sand dunes. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful Sahara experience! The tents are basic but provide all of what is necessary for a good sleep in the desert. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Ali and Mohamed made us feel like at home.
PS: If you decide to take a transfer to the camp, the ride is a great experience and worth the money.
Amazing berber camp in the desert. There are only four tents so we all felt like a big family. We felt very much at home with our hosts. The camp is placed between two sand dunes far away from influence of the modern world. We enjoyed a four hour camel trek with included lunch break. We enjoyed authentic moroccan hospitality and food through and through. The atmosphere was magical especially after sunset around the bonfire where we could enjoy local music and good talks with our hosts.
We left Fez in the morning and drove most of the day, entering the desert at sunset. We left the main road in the dark and drove along the road until we arrived at the Camp Desert Trips. This is an oasis in the desert. We spent two nights at the hotel and Said and his people made us feel at home cooking great food and playing music until late. The hotel is located next to the beautiful endless dunes and the tents are comfortable and convenient. We will be back, highly recommended.
This place was magical. After a short trip through the desert on a dromedary and watching the sunset, we arrived at the camp. The tents are very clean and spacious. Each tent has its own shower and bathroom. The garden is like in a fairy tale with many different places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. After enjoying the sunrise and a delicious breakfast, we took the 4x4 to our tour bus. Too bad it was a short visit, but a place to come back for sure.
