It was a about a 20min walk to the centre of the town, but there was a grocery store nearby as well as the train station. You wouldnt find a place with such nice surroundings anywhere in the city centre so this 20 minute walk was all worth it too. Tent is completely not about privacy, there no sounds isolation and tent of neighbors are very close. Yes, you have private bathroom but there no towels and at the same time it is not so comfortable and you should walk to it through other neighbor's tents.
