Perfect for meeting up with family. Grandchildren loved the trampoline. Sitting outside on the veranda or at the picnic table was a real pleasure.

Homely environment, comfortable bed and quiet, there’s a foot, hot shower and excellent breakfast. Opposite the university in a nice part of Aberdeen. The owners are really friendly and helpful.

On the shoreline it has fabulous outlook and the occasional wildlife aquatic surprise

Jackie & Mike were super nice, the breakfast was great an the room comfy. Highlight is the sunroom, a small room with lots of windows, where you can see the sea and watch the sunset.

Location was fine for my trip. Easy check in and parking was fine. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows and a hot shower.

Location really easy to find and Dennis the owner met us within 5 minutes of our arrival to hand over the keys. Property is clean and cozy and the addition of the little veranda area with seating is fabulous. Would definateley book here again. Thank you. !

Decor in dining room was lovely. Great variety breakfast items that could be had anytime. Very clean, lovely hot shower. Host was very friendly and helpful.

The position of the caravan was perfect, nice and quiet, spotlessly clean, lovely furniture comfortable seats in both livingroom and dining table, spacious, lots of utensils in the kitchen, nice big tv, good sound,nice big fridge ,cracking shower, very powerful, nice veranda to sit outside.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious room, good hot shower, water pressure was good.

Fantastic location close to wilderness and wildlife, whilst remaining within easy driving distance and manageable walking distance of Ballater. Colin was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was decent and breakfast very good. Bonus seeing a variety of birds and red squirrels on the feeders outside.
