GermanyThe accommodation‘s name is quite literal and we truly were at the edge of the river. It was wonderful being able to spot wildlife out of our bed (see pictures). The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the bedsheets smelled nice and everything was clean.

AustraliaRon was very kind and friendly, and even gave us a report on the road conditions the morning we left The location close to Wells Gray Provincial Park was excellent. The tent was well equipped, right down to bug spray, cooking utensils and anti-itch cream. I admire what Kaare and Ron are trying to set up on their property.

Best of both worlds: comfortable and outdoor feeling. Electric blanket is provided as it can get quite cold at night. On the grounds you can find the showers and a small outdoor kitchen. The weather was really hot but our glamping tent stayed cool (lots of trees provided shade and side screen windows gave through-breeze). Shower facilities were fantastic.
