Campsites in Munroe Island

I had a good stay here. Very well placed in the center of Munroe Islands with a view of a very beautiful little temple. Welcomed by a charming family, my stay was relaxing. The premises are very clean and the breakfast is good. I recommend

We had such an amazing stay! The property is very clean and sits right next to the river. The hospitality was exceptional from Karun, he organised 2 boat trips for us at sunset and sunrise and also leant us his fishing rod so we could spend our down time fishing along the river. His mother cooked us some fantastic home cooked meals at very reasonable prices! We would highly recommend to everyone!

A super peaceful spot, nestled in the Jungle. Only 15mins walk from the station. Very clean and tidy. His family cook delicious meals too. The room is by a tiny canal where men in canoes float past selling fish. If you head south there is a place to rent bicycles which we used to tour the island. Don’t miss the Mocktail shop, Or the little Chai huts. Vishnu took us on a nice boat ride too.

It’s is a fantastic property, very clean and spacious! The hosts were absolutely amazing, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Really helpful and willing to go above and beyond! Would highly recommend, and will definitely be staying here when I visit again

Very Clean Room & Comfortable Space . Host vidya and her husband Mahesh were very friendly . Break Fast & Meal ,especially the Fish Pollichathu was very delicious .

We had a lovely stay at Panakkattu! The room was very clean and provided all the facilities. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and also the food they cooked for us was exceptionally good!

Suresh and his wife Vasatha are wonderful hosts with a wonderful and very peaceful place. It's very clean and silent, I felt very safe and the food they served me with was excellent :) also Suresh took really good of me as a solo traveller and showed me around and negotiated an amazing boat Trip for me :)

The family has been very nice with us. We had nice talks, games and such a nice quiet stay. The room was very clean and we had such a nice few from the terasse to all palmtrees & temple. We recommend it highly and we will come back 🥰

Comfortable size of the room, very clean, nicely located. Unni and his parents are such a nice and warm people with heart on the hand. They will help you with everything, take you on the boat ride, will feed you and take you to the ceremony in the temple if you are lucky. Thank you Unni!
