United KingdomThe pods are really cool! I love the concept of having your own little private pod, being cheaper than a traditional hotel but offering more privacy than your standard hostel. They also provide large lockers for storing all your belongings, which was really useful. Towels were available for free, and more clean towels were available in the entryway.

It is very convenient if you plan to travel to Colmar or Strasbourg and catch the bus for the airport. Since travelling with local transport is free around Basel with your Basel card then everything is within access since all trams and buses start/finish at the central station.
