However, the "guard", attendant from the lobby is quite rude to us! No consideration at all, my family was leaving/checking out at 5 am to catch an early flight, and it was heavily raining outside, we are just organizing our stuff, with no plans of hanging in the area longer as we are aiming to catch a bus, he started speaking in Chinese, which we do not understand at all shoving us away!
