I was impressed with the silence of my stay besides one night when someone’s alarm was going off at 3 AM. I asked the front staff to assist and they were able to shut it off. The capsule and bathrooms were clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The mattress is comfortable, AC works well and the showers works well too.

Be prepared for your neighbors snoring (ear plugs!). Now the humbling lesson. So we checked out and were already on the train to Yogyakarta when I receive a mail asking for confirmation if I had lost my wallet. That was the moment I realized that indeed I didn't have my wallet. Since Yogyakarta is super far away from Jakarta the staff asked me my next destinations and realized best was to send to Bali where I would be in 5 days. After 23 mails I finally received my wallet, untouched, missing nothing! Still had some 300k IDR and 10EUR in cash, some coins, my credit and ID cards. Delivery was even paid... We were speechless and I'll forever remember this. Can't thank Bobopod Tharim staff enough, you are great, you turned a possibly ruined vacation into something so much better than anticipated.
