Kitchen was well equipped. We needed a cookie sheet and they brought to our room. Room was very spacious. It was nice to have games available in the lobby. Very convenient with shuttle stop in front of property, and they provided free shuttle passes for duration of visit.

We stayed as 2 families and found the chalet very comfortable overall in a great location. Communicating with the host was a breeze. There's plenty of cookware for basic cooking, board games, pool and laundry facilities. There's only one car allowed per chalet, and a street parking spot was a bit difficult to grab as we had two cars.

All cabins in Banff

Looking for a cabin?

For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.

We had the nice cabin 111 with a good view over the valley but at the same time facing the forest. Although being located a little remote up the tunnel mountain the resort provides for more calm and feels closer to nature than other accommodations in Banff city center. We once even saw a moose grazing on the other side of the road. The resort shuttle and free public transport make it easy to reach Banff within a few minutes.

Room was very cute and cozy. We used the fireplace at night since it was so cool but the room did have proper heating. The coffee and homemade snacks in theodge were amazing. As was the food in the restaurant. Definitely a favorite of the trip! If you can get a reservation I would do it in advance (all booked for us) but we got take out to eat in our cabin which was just as good 🙂

Room was fantastic. We had a studio with a kitchenette and fireplace. It was so cozy and roomy. Location was perfect, 6 minutes away from the town and close to a shuttle stop. Furthermore, a 3 day shuttle pass was provided free of charge which was unexpected. The hot tub was a delight, with gorgeous views of the mountains and a unique shape that offers guests their own space

Friendly staff, excellent customer service. Clean and tidy room. Cosy room comes with a fireplace for cold nights and air-conditioning for warmer nights. Full kitchen, tea, and coffee facilities. Located near a transit stop to enter Banff, only a 5-10 minute drive/shuttle to town. On arrival, we were given 3 day transit pass to enter Banff, which became very useful.

Great place for a shoulder-season stay in Banff. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and the added bonus of a fireplace to cosy up in the evenings. Decor a little dated, but it adds to the ski chalet charm! Downtown is walkable, otherwise the bus service is really useful and stops right outside the resort. Staff were very helpful, too.

Location was good. For the most part the accommodations were fine. We stayed in one of the mountain cabins. The unit was clean and comfortable to use. Beds were fine and the wood fireplace was a nice feature.

Great on night stay for a short trip in Banff. Beautiful room with fireplace and balcony looking towards the mountains, great location that was close to town while being more tucked away in nature. There was a communal hot tub and a restaurant on-site. The rooms were condo-style, grouped in cute chalet looking buildings. Some accommodations looked larger, more like cabins that could fit more guests. I would definitely return and stay longer.

Beautiful location just outside Banff downtown, nice mountain cabin aesthetic rooms, attentive staff, outdoor hot tub was amazing, easy to get the free shuttle bus to town. I would absolutely return when I next visit Banff.
