It was nice to have games available in the lobby.
Very convenient with shuttle stop in front of property, and they provided free shuttle passes for duration of visit.

CanadaWe stayed as 2 families and found the chalet very comfortable overall in a great location. Communicating with the host was a breeze. There's plenty of cookware for basic cooking, board games, pool and laundry facilities.
There's only one car allowed per chalet, and a street parking spot was a bit difficult to grab as we had two cars.

Although being located a little remote up the tunnel mountain the resort provides for more calm and feels closer to nature than other accommodations in Banff city center. We once even saw a moose grazing on the other side of the road.
