This was our first visit to Switzerland from the UK and we couldn’t have picked a better, or more beautiful place and house to stay in. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the location is EVERYTHING! Although you are right on the water at Brienz and people walk by, you still feel entirely private and so privileged to have the wonderful view. Monique was the best host we’ve ever had and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing home. Truly special!!!!

Lovely historic Swiss chalet apartment in a quiet cosy part of Interlaken, only 15mins walk or 5mins bus ride (free with tourist card) ride to central Interlaken. The ideal base for us to enjoy our Swiss railway adventure. Walking anywhere from the apartment is flat and level so no hills down here in the valley. The apartment has everything you need for a comfy cosy stay, including a well equipped kitchen, living room with lots of books and DVDs and some comfortable seating. All the furniture is sympathetic to the space. There is a Coop shop nearby and plenty of public transport links. Deniz the host was lovely, easy going and accommodating, warm and welcoming and highly professional.
