Amazing location and sensitively designed

The proximity to the beach and reef was amazing. The rooms were very basic but comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

First, I would like to thank Mr. Arafa for his attention and support during the check-in process. What truly makes a difference in any hotel stay is the attention and support from the staff — and Ms. Nancy was exceptional in this regard. She was very polite and professional. Shortly after we arrived, she called our room to check if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Later on, she even passed by guests at the pool to ask if they had any feedback or requests — a lovely touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a better one with a pool and marina view, along with a complimentary fruit plate. Water bottles, tea, Nescafé, and sugar were replenished daily without needing to ask. Breakfast was fairly good, and dinner was even better. From my previous stay at this hotel, I could see improvements: the beach area has been enhanced with both sandy and rocky sections, the path to the sea is now easier to walk on, and the beach bar offers great snacks. The pool bar was also enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and well-managed stay. I would definitely recommend it.
