Wonderfully clean. Nice accommodations. The heater worked very well. In fact, it needs to be kept at low temperate as the pod is so well insulated and doesn't take much to heat. Basic dishes, working appliances, and wifi worked well. There was even an information book in the room giving great guidance to the different local sites.

Well set out and suited my purposes admirably. A lot of thought had clearly gone into what was provided and the background information was nicely pitched. Loved the pet lambs and the visiting hoodie craws.

The Cruachan Cabin is a truly lovely place to stay on the Isle of Skye – even better than I imagined after reading the reviews. It’s comfortable and absolutely spotless (a solid 15 out of 10). The host was so kind and helpful, and the views are just stunning (especially the cows!). There were some really nice little touches, like finding eggs, milk, butter and cheese in the fridge, really appreciated! The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick meal. It’s also conveniently located, just a short drive from Portree. I completely fell in love with Skye and will definitely come back someday, and I’d love to stay at Cruachan Cabin again. Highly recommended!

The views from the lodge were spectacular. The location was very peaceful and only a short drive from Portree. The lodge was well equipped and had everything we needed. The welcome items left for us were a lovely touch and made our stay feel even more special.

Conveniently located for SkyeLive Festival, quiet but within walking distance. The Pod was very clean and comfortable and we had been left a good choice of breakfast goods which we were not expecting. Good parking. Lovely hosts.

Almost everything are lovely and great!
