United KingdomWe really enjoyed our stay, we loved the outside area it was very comfy and cosy at night with the fire pit. Inside was a little cramped for us 4 as we had to live out of the suitcase but was very quirky and really enjoyed our stay.

United KingdomThe property was located in a beautiful clean area ,within walking distance to Paignton and once there plenty of transport options to go to Torquay and Brixham etc so could travel about free from driving ,parking etc.
Property was well laid out with everything that you would need and more for a self catered holiday ,washing machine was great addition when having children.
Rooms were massive and plenty of storage space .
The swimming pool was easy accessible from our apartment and the rules were very clear ,the gardens were maintained and safe for family use.
Parking was tight but we had smallish car so was fine I think with a large car you may struggle although there are road spaces available.
Communication was clear and information was available at property .

Room 1 had a lovely spacious en suite shower room. The room was on the ground floor and very clean. There were internal wooden shutters across the window which blocked out any noise from the road. No noise from train line at all. There was a mini fridge in the room with fresh milk for a brew. Comfortable proper double bed with 4 pillows.
