It’s a very big hotel and popular with families. Our room was large with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. The foyer is huge with a bakery and a shop which sells local products. There was a separate part of the buffet restaurant dedicated to small kids under 5. There was a free shuttle bus to and from Nasushiobara station. There was a separate building for people with dogs. Outside bath, placed as after thought in a sinister looking corner under the first floor. Reception floor has a great round fire place with comfortable sitting arrangement.
