The hosts were very helpful & accommodating. They helped us ferry our luggage over so that we can tour the town. The chalet was spacious & very welcoming. We had a great time there. Consisting of 3 separate chalets, the CityChalet is located next to the Aare River, 300 metres from the centre of Interlaken. Matt is a very kind host, accommodating host. We had a delightful stay. The chalet was nice and perfect for our group of 12 (we were very grateful for the option to add an extra bed!)
