This lodge provides free private parking, room service and free WiFi. We stayed for 2 nights at Hokkoma cottage and loved our stay. The property itself was wonderful, had everything we needed and felt like home. Our trip was focused on taking advantage of Aso's beautiful nature and the cottage's location allowed us to do this. It was also great to know that there was a large bath to use after the hike to soak our tired legs!

This stay was really amazing. The owners are the sweetest ! We didn't have a car, so they drove us to the village for Onsen and groceries, and gave us great advice. We just had to take a taxi back, and enjoy our time at the huge and well-furnished cottage. The bathroom is amazing, and you can even privatize Mori's cottage's Onsen. Mori no cottage goes above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Situated in Ozu, within 14 km of Egao Kenko Stadium Kumamoto and 22 km of Kumamoto Castle, GOYADO features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The property is located 23 km from Suizenji Park, 23 km from Hosokawa Residence Gyobutei and 30 km from Hirayama Hot Spring. The chalet has private entrance. Very cute cabin in the woods with great communication from property hosts to make sure all went smoothly. There was a fire already burning for us when we arrived.

People can enjoy the great pure countryside and relax. • The room is a wooden cabin which is big and clean, the host just renew the laboratory and shower room. •There is a shared kitchen, people can buying stuff from a supermarket which is close and cook by yourself.

The onsen is clean, and the view is good, especially the open air onsen at the top of the mountain. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room is very comfortable. The meals were fabulous and delicious. Mr Sato, the owner, was exceptionally helpful and humble. He provides free shuttle services to and fro from the bus stop to the ryokan.

Lovely cabin with two big rooms in a wooded location on a hillside. We would have been happy with only one room but the owner (who spoke English) thought that was too small! There was also a veranda to sit on but it was too cold in November. There was a sink and a toilet in both rooms. There was a private bath big enough for 2 in a cabin 10m away. The food was amazing. Really top notch cooking. Deserved a Michelin star! Don’t miss out on the food. I think it was 3,800 yen for dinner.
