The guesthouse was rather dated and tierd with motel type rooms, the staff were all very friendly. Nice location right by the sea and the quaint town of Nysted. It was very popular with the locals who had all booked in the restaurant for the monthly Friday night buffet.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful property. We booked it to be close to the ferry port, and this is located only a few minutes away. Just perfect! We loved the peaceful surrounding countryside, friendly hosts and natural garden with plenty of little areas for the children to explore - plus the trampoline and the hosts' daughter, who was adorable with our kids. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay. We visited Nysted twice for the little sailing regatta and mediaeval market and would highly recommend this lovely town. We will definitely be back to visit this charming place, and have already told our friends to come too! (They would also love the sauna, although we didn't have time to try it ourselves this time, sadly.)
