It is off the beaten track, right on the lake, surrounded by hiking trails, peaceful and geared for an active vacation. The staff is very accommodating. It was during corona times and we very much needed a change of scenery. 2 years later, we have come back. Aase and her husband are super kind and attentive. I’d say it’s the perfect winter weekend getaway. At night, the little wooden cottages are lit up and it’s super cozy. The house is extremely cosy, nice location, clean, spacious, just as it shows in the pictures and the description. I particularly like the different spaces in the living room - one for sitting by the fireplace, other for watching TV, other for eating or playing games.
