The property was exactly how the pictures shown. Clean and modern. We stayed in room 6 upstairs with a good size of hot tub in a very private location. Mesaria is located in the middle of the island, only 10mins drive to Fira. Perfect for someones who have a car. The host Panos was the best host. Always swiftly response to any questions during our stay. He even let us to use the shower at reception because our return flight was in the evening. So friendly and helpful when planning our days ! If you don't like that there are no pavements-don't visit Greece! And take sensible shoes as you do need them! Yes the hotel is on a main road, but its set back and not noisy, and the staff, breakfast, pool and rooms make up for this. We were upgraded to the Grand Villa. It has a private heated pool and on the second floor an outdoor hot tub! Both were amazing! You are greeted with a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and breakfast was served everyday by the pool. The sheets and towels are top quality and the bed is so comfortable.
