The location is 1 minute walk from via Roma, the very centre of the city, and at the same time the flat lies in a quiet area and we have had no issues of noise coming from the streets. It was a perfect accommodation for our two-night stay for the Granfondo Fausto Coppi! Everything is spotlessly clean, the room is cosy and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good, we hab croissants, Coffee, tea, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal etc. The rural location is very pretty and we made some nice walks in the area. You can park directly in front of the place. It is very convenient. I almost never give a rating of 10 points, but this place truly deserves it. My "compact" single bedroom was modern, clean and nicely appointed, with fridge, TV and effective air conditioning. It was exceptionally quiet overnight. I loved the shower room!
