Location, location, location....2 nice beach accesses nearby. close to good restaurants, shopping right around the corner and the Ferry access to Ocracoke was right behind us.

Tried to an rl same day when after fees it was $212 instead of $92 way over our budget. I called Bookings and the owner would not allow it. I called directly and the person on the phone checked with his boss and they said no. We could have done far better at a hotel near by.

Location was within view of Frisco bait & tackle and the turn for ramp 49 beach access. Loved the screened in porch, was great for sitting outside and not getting bitten by mosquitoes.
