Everything!! Mr. James was a very gracious host. Any questions we had he made himself available! The accommodations for children were exceptional! It included a variety of amenities like an old school arcade game setup, pool table, board games, books of knowledge for your pleasure, and a jacuzzi/spa. It was within walking distance of the beach, shopping stores, and restaurants for all other needs. The home is beautiful and was spacious enough for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 children), and in a quiet, nice neighborhood. We definitely will be back!!

Everything about the place. Best place ever! First time being back to Panama since my honeymoon 40 yrs ago, I hope we can come back every year and stay at the same room. Had to leave early because of Hurricane Helene, but loved everything about it during our stay!

Location was great, so close to Thomas Donuts plus beach access right across the street and nearby pool access! The house was very clean and the beds were so comfy!! Outdoor grill was also a nice touch. The kids loved the pool! The house had everything we needed plus some! Loved our stay here, will return!!!

The property was spacious and came with everything that we could possibly need. I have a set of triplets and this property came with roll out beds so they could have their own space but still be in the room with me! This meant everything to me.

We had an issue with the Booking platform at first, but thankfully, the host was absolutely amazing and turned everything around. Their care and attention truly made our stay special! The place itself is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location with great amenities, everything was just perfect. But what really stood out was the exceptional guest service. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Super happy with our experience, highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

    The location and view is AmAzInG!! Double Suite with kitchenette was perfect! Cabinets were stocked for family of 4 - sm and dinner plates, coffee cups, water glasses and flatware. Stove had a small skillet and baking pan.

    The location was great because Casa Loma is between small beach cottages which meant the beach wasn't overly crowded. There were no boom boxes blaring. The view of the gulf is wonderful if on the upper floors. I liked the security around the property and the friendly staff. The room seemed well insulated from other rooms. I was glad the room had some renovations to make it more aesthetically pleasing and I saw no bugs! I loved having a pool to enjoy as well as the beach.

    I liked that it was right on the beach. The staff was very friendly helping us by stopping the elevator so we could load all of our bags. The pool and hot tub were great features and we could walk to restaurants.

    It was nice to be across the street from the beach. I had to leave a day early and the manager was nice enough to refund a day for me. I loved that it was fully furnished. The whole little cottage neighborhood was very well lit, which was great except when you wanted to sleep.
