This pleasant restored hotel from the 1920s was very clean and very cozy. If you have to be in Syracuse, then this is a great place to stay. I was greeted by the gently sparkling Diamond (Diamond indeed) at the front desk and all of my interactions with staff were friendly. My king corner suite was elegant and comfortable. And again, scrupulously clean.

I had not stayed at this hotel so wasn't sure what to expect. As we entered the lobby was stunningly restored and beautiful. We were then greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff member at the check-in desk. We made use of the valet parking as the parking is a fair walk from the hotel. Overall, we loved our stay.

Room was large and spotless. Loved the large bathroom, charming and again, spotless.

Good location, overall charming entrance area, room was decent.
