North Muasdale Farm ligt in Muasdale en biedt gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de zee. Gastvrije ontvangst, parkeren naast de hut, prachtig uitzicht op zee en op de schapen in de weide vanaf je terras. Rondom de hut is alles omheind en het hek kan dicht, dus de hond kon niet weg. De hut is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was zelfs een airfryer en een wasmachine. In de tuin staat een hottub die je met hout kan opstoken, al duurt dit wel even. Campbeltown is snel aan te rijden voor boodschappen of een hapje eten.

Wee Highland Hideaway Hut heeft uitzicht op de tuin, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin en een patio, op ongeveer 26 km van Inveraray Castle. The atmosphere was amazing, we did BBQ and enjoyed sunset

The Old Cottage ligt in Arduaine, op 16 km van Kilmartin House Museum, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. What a cosy place to stay! It is indeed an old cottage and our room looked out over the loch. The accommodations are outstanding with a well appointed bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable! There is a communal sitting room with tons of information about Scotland. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and are very knowledgeable about Scottish history and area sights. Breakfast is served in a bright dining room overlooking the water with bird feeders attracting local birds to the garden outside. Breakfast choices were extensive and made to order. You are out in the countryside, so I recommend you have a car and the cottage does have free parking. This is the perfect way point in your travels through Scotland.

Melfort Village ligt op een locatie aan het meer, op 24 km van Oban. Furnace ligt op 23 km afstand. De accommodaties zijn voorzien van een eet-/zithoek met een flatscreen-tv met satellietzenders. We had a fabulous 5 night stay at Melfort village. The accommodation was very well equipped and they even offer extra equipment such as slow cookers. It's quiet and in a beautiful location. They called us the week before to make sure we brought everything we needed with us as the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away in Oban. We also booked massages for our last day - highly recommended! I would recommend Melfort Village for a quiet, secluded, self catering break.

Riverside Cottage B&B ligt in Cladich, op 16 km van Inveraray Castle, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. What a little gem. Our room was extremely clean, cosy and warm. Our host was informative on where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
