First of all comes the excellent attitude of the owners. Marikaiti was waiting for us at the port. Our luggage was transported to the house while we walk on foot for 5 minutes to reach it. On the way Marikaiti provided interesting information about the island and the places worth visiting. The house itself is marvelous, with several terraces and a small citrus garden. The owners have thought of every small details and everything is new and tidy. Really feels like home. There were even some supplies in the fridge - very kind indeed. As someone already wrote - if this property is available, book it and look no further.

This is a ground-floor apartment in a beautiful, historic building but with all the modern conveniences. The walls are almost a meter thick in some places. The owner has thoughtfully decorated the place. The beds were very comfy with adequate pillows and spare duvets. We loved the bottle of wine and the condiments together with Greek toast, honey, and jams. This place was an easy walk to the main restaurant and shopping district. It is also walking distance from the ferry. The view of the ocean is great and the water in front is clean for swimming. The rubbish bins are nearby so that the toilet bin can be easily emptied. It is also near a motor bike and e-bike hire shop where Nikos really helped us. We loved riding e-bikes in Spetses and we are retirees. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My family and I had a magical stay here in Spetses and will definitely come back next time we are visiting.

Very good location next to the old port best to avoid night restrictions for ATVs and motorcycles you can access the property and all locations at all hours.Is was exceptionally clean and well stocked since we had breakfast included.Bathroom had all you might need in case you forgot something.The owner met us on the port since we arrived with our boat she was super helpful and made our stay a memorable one .

Boasting garden views, Villa Kallia features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 500 metres from Agia Marina Beach. Quiet but well located at walking distance from great restaurants. Our host arranged transfers to and from the port, met us on arrival to show us around the house, arranged for a cleaning during our stay, and was available for every questions we had.
