This is really an amazing place. The villas are very spacious, SUPER clean to every detail. Very comfy bed, huge bathroom w a lovely stone bathtub, storm water pressure and everything provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes etc. Slippers, bathrobe for bathroom and kimono for relaxing provided. Free very nice bicycles, they collect you from the port and bring you back to the port. Full checks of ph, chlorine levels etc in the pool. Well stocked kitchen w everything you can imagine including fully stocked drinks fridge, snack basket etc. The villas a fully maintained, modern design, ceiling fans exterior and interior, A/C, I could go on. It’s an amazing place from start to finish. But above the place being fantastic the staff is the most amazing and helpful even at 2am when we had a little medical emergency. The staff went beyond what was expected to be helpful. We had a special birthday while staying there and the staff decorated to whole room to perfection w fresh flowers. I cannot recommend this place enough.

There is a restaurant serving French cuisine, and free private parking is available. Absolutely loved our stay at Shaya! We felt right at home. The owner and staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The snorkeling tour they provided was amazing, we had so much fun. The two cutest cats are also part of the Shaya family. The food in the restaurant is also really delicious. We were so sad to leave, but hopefully, we will come back.

Everything about the place is unreal, and rare. Having a cottage of your own right by the beach on Gili Air, and on the Northern point where it's quiet and private and the sea is pristine. The place is perfect for a little getaway. I will say though, that when it's high season and restaurants in the area are open late, you won't be getting sleep early. But during low season it was heaven. :) Getting your breakfast delivered on your porch when you enjoy your morning coffee and the view of the sea is unbeatable. Will come again!

I am very glad that I chose this hotel during our trip around the island, but if I knew that it would be so comfortable here, I would have chosen more days.
