Staying here was like checked in to a luxury hotel. Everything was prepared thoughtfully. Scented living room, big sized TV, well equipped kitchen and sorts of amenities. The host Marco was very friendly and helpful. He tried the best to provide us what we needed during our stay, really impressive! If you come with a car, please take my advise. There is free parking nearby: https://maps.app.goo.gl/7tqcYoX2zF4yaM5z8 But not guaranteed, as it is a public parking lot, cars come and go. You may have to run your luck for an open spot. If it's full, then try somewhere else around, then come back later. It is recommended that before checking in, park your car nearby first, then walk to the door of the property to meet the host. Because streetside parking in front of the apartment is not so feasible.

Objekat Appartamento House of Roses con vista Duomo nudi smeštaj na Komou sa besplatnim WiFi internetom i pogledom na grad, kao i zajednički salon i terasu. This apartment was lovely and immaculate. It was quite large, with plenty of room for our family of four people. We visited in December, so we were unable to really use the four balconies, but can imagine how nice to have them available in the warmer months. The decor was homey. Both the kitchen and the living room were cozy and inviting. The location of the apartment is perfect. We travelled by train from Milan and easily walked to the apartment from the Como Lago station. We easily walked to the old town too. Many great restaurants are close by as well as a couple of local coffee shops are literally just steps away. Thomas is a wonderful host who is quite personable and very responsive. We actually think he is the best host we have ever had:). We brought our dog, and Thomas put out a little doggie bed as well as water and food bowls. Thank you Thomas.

It was one of the best stays . Everything was amazing. The room was very clean, the breakfast exceptional and the staff very polite and helpful. I recommend this agriturismo and hope I can visit again.

Paolo was a great host, warm, helpful and considerate. The apartment (Barbarossa) was super clean, comfortable, with private terrace. Window blinds were there (older reviews said there weren't any), it t seems the place is continuously improving. Parking place just outside the property.

The apartment has lots of charm, was spotlessly clean and is two-minute walk from the old town. There is parking right outside the apartment, a rarity in Como. The owner couldn’t have been more pleasant and informative. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The hosts are wonderful and the food you can order for dinner is the best I have eaten in Italy. Pool, children's playground, amazing view
