We stayed here for three nights as a family of three, and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is new, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious, unlike other hotels where the bathrooms are often too small to turn around in. The location is incredibly convenient—just a few steps downstairs and you’ll find a supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants with reasonably priced and delicious food. There’s even a laundromat just a right turn away, which is a huge plus for families staying a bit longer or those traveling with kids, as it saves you from hauling dirty clothes around. Public transportation options, including metro, trams, and buses, are just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the area. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back, take a shower, and relax for a bit before heading out again. The customer service was exceptional; they provided thoughtful guidance and suggestions. On our first day, our flight landed at 7:30 AM, and they allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM. On our departure day, they kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which made for a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was meticulously clean. The sleeping room is big enough and the bed is comfy. There is one extendable sofa in the living room, I would say for one grownup or two teens. The location is just perfect, near the city center, walkable. For the port, you will need a car/taxi. There were no taxis available on uber when we needed it, so Stefano drove us to the port. We are very thankful, Stafano. ☀️

Very close to the Colosseum. Clean and beautiful interior. Lot of complimentary food and drinks, and there are some quick bite options downstairs as well. Simona was very sweet and welcoming. Would love to visit again!

We loved our stay at Il Tulipano. The apartment is immaculately clean, spacious and has two balconies. It's in a good location and a short walk to shops and 15 minutes' walk to the beach. Rafaella was an excellent host and had kindly provided a welcome box containing coffee, tea etc for our arrival. We had a very comfortable stay and would like to return one day.
