We stayed here for three nights as a family of three, and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is new, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious, unlike other hotels where the bathrooms are often too small to turn around in. The location is incredibly convenient—just a few steps downstairs and you’ll find a supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants with reasonably priced and delicious food. There’s even a laundromat just a right turn away, which is a huge plus for families staying a bit longer or those traveling with kids, as it saves you from hauling dirty clothes around. Public transportation options, including metro, trams, and buses, are just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the area. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back, take a shower, and relax for a bit before heading out again. The customer service was exceptional; they provided thoughtful guidance and suggestions. On our first day, our flight landed at 7:30 AM, and they allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM. On our departure day, they kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which made for a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommended!

Excellent location, next to the castle, easy to park the car and then a short walk. Right in the heart of the historic centre of Bolsena, a few steps up from the main street. The apartment is quite big, on 2 floors, with all the commodities. Very gentle owner, perfect communication. I highly recommend this place.

It was simply one of the best stays I've ever had. The owner of the property is super friendly and happy with life. He introduced us to Italian cuisine and wines. I can only thank the owner for all the patience he had with us (he gave us a ride to the station). Regarding the conditions of the stay, everything was 5 stars ⭐. I recommend it. Big hug my friend

The apartment is immaculately clean, spacious and has two balconies. It's in a good location and a short walk to shops and 15 minutes' walk to the beach. Rafaella was an excellent host and had kindly provided a welcome box containing coffee, tea etc for our arrival. We had a very comfortable stay and would like to return one day.
