Location is great, close to seaside and also close to lake and all tourist amenities you need to visit in this area.As soon you step on the yard of the house we felt relaxed. House itself has everything we needed and host was great for any questions 24/7, he also lives close to the village so that was great to know if we would have any problems.

This place is amazing! The scenery is stunning!The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable and are separated and opposite the main house. We indulged ourselves in the food and wine that the family make themselves. The food was in huge quantities and was very reasonable and extremely tasty. We also purchased a fair few bottles of the vineyards wine and were blown away with how good it was. Overall, this place was just incredible. I would also say that the family are just brilliant hosts, helpful, attentive and good fun.

This is a very nice family farm, great location of all green around and even a view of Skadar Lake. The family is very friendly, doing best for your comfort and helping for any need. There’s a dog bed and bowls. Coming with a baby? There’s a crib and a baby bath. Every need has been anticipated. Outside, there’s a private terrace, a barbecue area, and an unforgettable view. To welcome us, a bottle of homemade rakija and cold beers waited in the fridge. Later, the host Ivan brought us his own homemade wine — and it was amazing! Ivan was always available, checking in to make sure we were comfortable. He also offers boat rides, kayaking on Lake Skadar, and can organize breakfast if you’d like. This is a place where time slows down, where local hospitality shines, and where you don’t have to sacrifice a single bit of comfort. Trust me — you won’t find anything like this, at this price, anywhere else in Montenegro… or maybe even in all of Europe.

Location is just perfect, very close to the town and the lake with all the facilities and activities, yet quite remote to feel isolated and in the middle of nature, very quiet and beautiful. The house is very charming, cosy, super comfortable, with all amenities one can dream of. The host is amazing, extremely helpful, resourceful, super nice and accommodating. He couldn't do more for us, he made sure our stay was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It is one of the best places I have stayed in Montenegro. Excellent value for money, and just perfect from all perspectives.
