Aia ja mäevaatega Bonheur at Karambunai asub Kota Kinabalus, 80 meetri kaugusel Karambunai rannast ja 29 km kaugusel Filipiini turust Sabah. We love the location and sunsets. The villa is top of the top. The owner is a great person, answered all questions we had about different things. I highly recommend this place to everyone:)

We like the space it provides. We were only a group of three people, so a house like this is very spacious to us. We particularly like the lounge area that provides a large set of sofa and a large smart TV for our entertainment. However, there are also few things we do not like. 1) The communication from the property owner / administrator was not satisfactory! I did not receive any instructions of how to get the house key even two hours before the check in time 3:00PM, and I needed to emailed the owner via booking.com to ask for the instructions! Luckily, the owners responded to my email quite quickly this time! 2) The location was a bit difficult to find! The address could not be found in the Grab taxi app, so we had to tell the Grab driver to go to a nearby address and had to look for the property by scanning the property number carefully from inside the Grab taxi! 3) The door of the main entrance (a glass door) had issue and could not be locked. So we were forced to use the padlock (of the folding security gate) to lock the outside collar of folding security gate (that protect the glass door) from the inside of the house! Which was awkward and time consuming! (Please note there is also a collar locates at the inside of the folding security gate, but it was even more difficult to lock the padlock at this collar!) 4) Because of unknown reason, we found one of the two bathrooms did not have running water from the basin tap and from the hot water unit; as for the other bathroom, I do not remember clearly, but it seems it had slow flow of water from the basin tap but not sure if there was water came out from the hot water unit! But even if it did, the water flow from this hot water unit was just laughable! (We found that weird, but it may be possible that we just do not know how to use the vanity taps and hot water units, but the tap at the kitchen sink was usable and ok!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Overall cleanliness was excellent. The room, although without a window (which should be clearly stated on Booking.com to avoid surprises), felt cozy thanks to its warm lighting and thoughtful decorations. The location is great, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and adapted to our preferences. The staff truly stood out: professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.

This stay was truly amazing! Perfect for 4 families to live in. The host is a very gentle beauty, the service is very attentive .The location of the house is very close to the city center.The room is very new, very clean, and comfortable.The kitchen is fully equipped, we all went to the central market or supermarket to buy seafood rice and vegetables, etc., very good value for money. This place is perfect for a large family or group of friends.Thank you to the host as it was comfortable and made our trip to Sabah very enjoyable.

The unit is very huge, with many rooms and bedrooms. Our team consists of 11 members that enjoy spending time together without disturbing the others. The entire unit is clean and furnished in a village style, with plenty of utensils provided. Highly recommended for large groups.

Secret Villa Kudat is located in Kumbatang and offers a garden and a terrace. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. We loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming with coconuts waiting for us. The house was just stunning and had everything you could think. It was so quirky and great fun, my boys didn’t want to leave this morning. It was a great location for exploring but also in the middle of the jungle. We will definitely be coming back thank you
