We had a late checkin and the lady was so kind to wait for as and she also booked a table for our dinner in the near village. The room was large, clean and well accessorized. There was a beautiful view on the garden. We found water, cookies and tea and coffee in the room. the bed sheets were fresh and refined. The house was elegant, with a wonderfully furnished living room for guests, with books and games. The view on the loch was amazing. Parking is very easy. At the evening the ladies asked us to fill a list of whatever we desired for breakfast (french, scottish. continental,,,,) And we had it!

Tento 4hvězdičkový hotel na břehu jezera Loch Long je obklopen nádhernou scenérií západního pobřeží Skotska. Lovely and so clean, love the fact it's dog friendly as well.

Skerrols House leží na ostrově Islay, jen 5 minut jízdy od místní destilerie whisky. Z domu, který je jen 5 minut jízdy od pobřežní vesnice Bridgend, se vám naskytne ničím nerušený pohled na krajinu. Wow. I have never been more pleased with the overall experience of my stay at in inn/hotel. From the moment we arrived, Thomas greeted us so warmly, gave us a tour of the property, and answered all of our questions. The house is wonderful. Nicely appointed and cozy living room, reading room, and gorgeous outdoor area. In the evening, the staff prepared the living room with a variety of self-serve refreshments, ice, and whisky glasses for those who wished to consume their recent purchases from the Islay distilleries. Our room was better than I could've asked for. We got the two twin beds room, it had a spacious and modern bathroom, and even a very cozy sitting area with TV. Beds were comfortable. We had to check-out early the next morning in order to make the 645 ferry back to the mainland, so we were bummed we couldn't take advantage of the provided breakfast. However, Thomas and his team went above and beyond to pack us sandwiches, juices, fruits, and waters for us to take onto the ferry. Islay is just beautiful, and I would love to go back one day. When I do, I will be sure to stay at Skerrols House again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Islay!

Dungallan Country House is a adults only bed and breakfast guest house. Dungallan is absolutely stunning and we fell in love with it. Simon & Kirsty have put so much effort into the decor and furnishings, they are so luxurious. It also has amazing views from the garden. This is a very special country house. We were so well looked after, breakfast was amazing.

Fyne Byre Cottage - Barn Conversion with Hot Tub se nachází v destinaci Cairndow a nabízí terasu a výhled na hory. Benmore Botanic Garden se nachází 31 km odtud a Blairmore and Strone Golf Glub 33 km.... The cottage is beautiful. It is quirky and homely. We had a busy weekend at a family wedding and Fyne Byre Cottage was the perfect base. We were 3 generations of the same family and all found things to love about the cottage. Sam was the perfect host.
